The ingredients needed to cook Macaroons:

  1. Use 3 of egg white.
  2. Get 35 gm of powder sugar.
  3. Get 150 gm of coconut flakes.

  2. In a bowl whisk the egg white, powder sugar, vanilla essence to make foamy.

  5. Shape the coconut mixture with the spoon and keep it on the baking tray..
  6. Keep 2 inches distance between them.
  7. Bake the macaroons for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. After baking cool the macaroons for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the macaroons.
